By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Wardell & Ford for State Assembly:

Polling/Voting Text Messages (e.g., election reminders, opinion polls)
Public Service Announcement Text Messages (e.g., legislative updates, member updates, voter education)

Opt-In Methods

You may opt in to the Program by:

Completing the “Sign Up For Text Messages” form on our website
Providing explicit consent in any other manner as indicated by Wardell & Ford for State Assembly

Message Terms

Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Program.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text STOP to unsubscribe. You’ll receive confirmation and will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in.
